The Seventy-Fourth Meeting of the EANPG Programme Coordinating Group (COG/74) combined with the Eleventh Meeting of the RASG-EUR Coordination Group (RCOG/11) was held at the kind invitation of Finland, in Helsinki, from 20 to 22 May 2019.
The meeting was attended by 30 participants representing 18 States and 6 International Organizations.
The Meeting was provided with an update on the latest ICAO developments, including the list of the latest amendments to the ICAO global and regional documents.
The meeting reviewed the EANPG and RASG follow up actions for the preparation of the upcoming EASPG/1.

The group discussed as well on aviation safety matters, including on the Regional Aviation Safety Plan and aviation safety issues, on the Air Navigation Planning and Implementation including cybersecurity and search and rescue, and on the ICAO activities on environment.
