Online registration to the GACS 2014 Symposium has closed on Friday 26 September, 2014 at 4:30 PM (EDT)
To have participated in the early registration contest to win a ONE round-trip to Mexico with Aeromexico, you must have registered before 19 September, 2014 to be eligible for this raffle.
To have participated in the early registration contest to win one of 10 Google Nexus 7 Tablets, you must have registered before 31 August, 2014 to be eligible for this raffle.
THE DRAW WILL TAKE PLACE ON DAY 3
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DRAW:
1. Eligibility – All qualified participants who have registered to the event before 19 September, will be included in the Draw. The register must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the draw and may be required to provide proof of age and residency. A valid name, email address, and telephone number must be included with registration. Members of ICAO Staff and Resident Delegations, as well as Sponsors/Exhibitors will not be eligible for the draw.
2. Entry – To enter, eligible participants must complete the registration form and receive a confirmation from ICAO that all registration fields were properly entered and there was no missing information and/or payment.
4. Prizes –
- 10 Google Nexus 7 Tablets (one winner per Tablet)
- A certificate for two valid one round-trip economy class positive space tickets on Aeromexico from any USA Gateway and Montreal to any Mexico Destination. Certain travel conditions apply.
5. The Draw – The winner is to be physically present during the draw. One registrant will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will be held in the Assembly Hall at ICAO Headquarters during the third day of the GACS Symposium.
6. The selected registrant will be announced during the GACS2014, and will be contacted by telephone or email within 24 hours to verify all information. Winners may claim their prize at the TCB booth or contact Mr. Pedro Avella at 514-954-8219 ext. 7976 (email: pavella@icao.int).
8. Release of Information – The participation of any entry in the draw signifies the entrants’ acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein, including the collection and use of the entrants’ information. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, image and city in relation to any promotion relating to the DRAW.
