Hybrid format for ICAN2021
The thirteenth ICAN event will be held in a hybrid setting, which means that State delegations will be able to participate to the event either in-person in Bogotá, Colombia, or virtually from around the world as convenient.
The programme and features of the event have been designed to provide necessary flexibility to accommodate participants across time zones. While main programme sessions, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, will be broadcast within the Platform in their respective time zones, recordings will also be available on-demand afterwards.
The ICAO Virtual Attendee Platform will be accessible at all times with technical support provided from 07.00 to 19.00 Colombian time.

The ICAO Virtual Attendee Platform has been chosen to support the ICAN 2021 event and provide an innovative solution regardless of current circumstances. while ensuring a seamless, pleasant and efficient experience at ICAN 2021. The platform provides a private meeting space, to which only registered members of delegations and representatives of international organizations/industry have access.

• View or search for registered participants
• Direct-messaging to participants
• Schedule negotiation meetings (Focal Points only)
