Transportation will be arranged for delegates from King Khalid International Airport to the recommended hotels upon arrival in Riyadh.
During the five-day event, bus shuttles will be provided for convenient transportation between the recommended hotels and the event venue.
To secure accommodations, delegates are advised to make their reservations directly with the hotels.
To facilitate the process, delegates are kindly requested to forward their hotel reservations and travel itineraries to ICAN2023@gaca.gov.sa.
