Steps for ICAN participants to obtain an entry visa to Saudi Arabia

Alternatively, you may fill out the Visa Application Form found below and contact the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia promptly by sending an email to ICAN2023@gaca.gov.sa. We kindly request you to submit your visa request as early as possible to allow ample time for processing. GACA dedicated focal points will prioritize and expedite the visa application process to ensure timely assistance.
If you choose to apply for the visa by sending an email to GACA, please include the following documents in your email:
- the Visa Application Form;
- a scanned copy of your passport biodata page; and
- a passport photo measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm.
