To facilitate reception by Nigerian immigration officials upon arrival at Abuja's Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, and transportation to their hotel, participants should email the following information to Mr. Ben Tukur at mbentukur@ncaa.gov.ng and copy yakubu.mahmud@ncaa.gov.ng on or before 9 July 2017:

 

  • Travel itinerary highlighting flight number and arrival time; and
  • Hotel information

Below is a list of hotels, Participants are advised to make their reservations directly with the hotels. Confirmed hotel reservations and travel itineraries should be forwarded to the contact persons at least one week prior to the meeting so that delegates can be met on arrival and conveyed to the hotels of their choice.
