Staff Association Boutique

We would like to invite you to visit our Boutique located on the first floor of the Conference Centre, which will be open daily from 12:00 to 14:00.

Special Philatelic Envelope

On the occasion of the 39th Session of the ICAO Assembly (A39), a special philatelic envelope will be issued as shown below. This limited-edition envelope can be purchased during the Assembly for CAD 4.00 each from the Staff Association Boutique, located on the first floor of the Conference Centre.

Business Centre

There will be dedicated personal computers with Microsoft Office tools and networked printers in the Business Centre, located on the first floor of the Conference Centre. All workstations will have access to the Internet. A meeting assistant will be available between 08:00 and 17:00 to take reservations for bilateral meetings and allocate rooms, within availability.

Cafeteria

The ICAO Cafeteria, located on the fifth floor of the Office Tower will be open daily between 07:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday and between 07:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 1 October.

Coffee Service

Coffee Service will be available at two locations: the Bistro, located on the first floor, after the ICAO Boutique, by the Commissariat, and the ICAO Café, on the fourth floor of the Conference center will be operated daily between 08:00 and 17:00.

Commissariat

The ICAO Commissariat will be open daily between 12:30 and 14:30 and in the evenings between 17:00 and 18:00, offering duty-free products to eligible Delegates attending the A39. Eligibility to purchase products from the Commissariat is limited to Delegates entitled to appropriate fiscal privileges.

Meeting Services

Due to space limitations, it is unfortunately not possible to offer dedicated exhibition or information areas for use by specific Member States or groups of Member States within the ICAO Headquarters building during the Assembly period.

Office Space

The Organization regrets that it is not able to provide office accommodation for Delegations attending the Assembly. It is suggested that those Delegations requiring office space specify their requirements to their selected hotels when making room reservations.

Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment

In the conference room with interpretation service, on top of the table you will find an audio control unit. The language selector gives you the choice of language:

Monitoring Exchange (MX) System

National Delegations with offices in the ICAO Headquarters premises can follow the proceedings of the Plenary of the Assembly meetings on the MX System by dialling the code numbers on their sets as follows:
