As a convenience to delegations, so that they may know the dates on which functions have been planned by various hosts, the Secretary General publishes the following list (
PDF - Available in English only). It comprises all functions in the ICAO Conference Centre and those being held off-site which have been notified to her Office. In each case
the host will extend individual invitations, unless specified otherwise. This schedule is subject to change.
Delegations wishing to reserve dates for social functions or to make changes to the list are requested to contact the Office of the Secretary General (ext. 8043).
Invitations to receptions being hosted by Member States may be dropped off at the Document Distribution Centre.
