Registration to this conference requires two steps:

- both, the Pre-Conference Workshop and the AN-Conf/12, please click on the Registration icon below and select: Twelfth Air Navigation Conference and Pre-Conference Workshop; or
2. ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
On-site registration, which takes only a couple of minutes, will be completed on the specific dates and time at the ICAO Headquarters
Please bring passport identification, proof of professional designation, and letter of nomination by State (if applicable).

Thursday, 15 November:10:00 to 17:00hrs for ICAO Staff and participants to the Preparatory Workshop;
Friday, 16 November: 07:30 to 17:00hrs for participants to Preparatory Workshop or the Conference;
Saturday, 17 November: 08:00 to 12:00hrs for participants to the Conference;
Sunday, 18 November: 13:00 to 21:00hrs for participants to the Conference;
Monday, 19 November: 07:00 to 17:00hrs for participants to the Conference;
Tuesday, 20 November: 08:00 to 12:00hrs and on-call after these hours;
Wednesday, 21 November: 08:00 to 12:00hrs and on-call after these hours;
Thursday, 22 November: 09:00 to 11:00hrs and on-call after these hours;
Friday, 23 November: 09:00 to 11:00hrs and on-call after these hours;
Saturday, 24 November: 09:00 to 11:00hrs and on-call after these hours; and
Second week from 09:00 to 10:00 and on-call only on Monday, 26 and Tuesday, 27 November.
