All participants are required to pre-register online at their earliest convenience, but no later than close of business on Wednesday, 13 March 2013.
To avoid lengthy on-site registration formalities and to have your badge ready for pick up upon your arrival, please forward the registration confirmation you will receive following on-line registration with a coloured passport size picture (jpg file) to the registration team: registration@icao.int by 8 March 2013. [PDF or scans of your actual passport are NOT accepted.] Due to the sheer volume of participants, please be advised that photos submitted in any other format will not be processed.
On-site Registration
Resident Delegations and ICAO staff participating in AT Conf/6 must pre-register for the event and pick-up their badge on Friday, 15 March 2013 in order to facilitate their access to the Conference Centre during the Conference. Only Secretariat staff who have an operational need to attend will be able to obtain a badge. Members of ICAO State delegations attending the Conference can obtain their badges on the following days according to this schedule:
Friday, 15 March 2013: from 1000 to 1600 Saturday, 16 March: from 1600 to 1900 Sunday, 17 March 2013: from 0800 to 2100 Monday, 18 March 2013: from 0700 to 1700 Tuesday, 19 March 2013: from 0800 to 1700 Wednesday, 20 March 2013: on call
Participants for the Pre-Conference Symposium can register onsite on the following dates:
Friday, 15 March 2013: from 1400 to 1700
Saturday, 16 March: from 1600 to 1900 Sunday, 17 March 2013: from 0730 to 1100
Please note that access to the Conference and the Symposium will be granted to badge holders only.
