Administrative Arrangements

Registration

 

Registration is mandatory for this event. Please ensure that members of your delegation are registered at https://www.icao.int/Meetings/iwaf2017. In addition to your registration, an official letter of designation with the list of names with their job titles is required and must be sent to IWAF@icao.int. As indicated in State Letter M 15/1.2 - 17/100, the registration deadline is 31 October 2017.

 

Designation Letter

 

Designation letters are required for the meeting and should be signed on behalf of the State, international organization or financial/donor institution concerned, by a person duly authorized to do so, giving the name and position of each member of the delegation. The original designation letters may be sent in advance to the Secretary General or sent by email to IWAF@icao.int.

 

Visas

 

Entry visas are required by participants except for Citizens of ECOWAS member States. Participants should, therefore obtain their entry visas from the nearest Embassy/High Commission maintained by the Government of Nigeria. Participants wishing to obtain visas on arrival should email their passport biodata page to mbentukur@ncaa.gov.ng and copy yakram4life@yahoo.com on or before the 25 October 2017.

Language


The meeting will be conducted in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages with simultaneous interpretation.
