Invitation letters

Official invitation letters for all foreign participants will be prepared by the host State.

Please fill out the attached form and send it along with a PDF copy of your passport page where the picture appears to ngapvisa@szfaosc.com by email. Visa processing instructions

For visa requirements to China, visit the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Please ensure to have your invitation letter with you upon arrival in China and for check-in at your hotel.

If your visa is for Mainland China and your point of arrival is Hong Kong International Airport, do not enter the customs upon arrival but take the boat from the airport to Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Center.
