Since the aviation system has numerous elements, there are many different types of actions being discussed. A collaborative approach for focusing efforts could help the stakeholders in knowing and understanding different initiatives and their impacts. Therefore, the industry and the States would have more elements to adopt the initiatives more suited for their specific needs, and make implementation faster and easier, reducing the impacts and allowing a faster recovery of the aviation system.IICAO, with its articulating role and network approach to deploy expertise, tools and resources, provides an adequate environment for this initiative.
