ICAO convened a Regional Aviation Security Conference on the implementation of the ICAO Declaration on Aviation Security in New Delhi, India on 14 and 15 February 2011. The main objective of the Conference was to review present and planned aviation security activities since the conclusion of the 37th Session of the ICAO Assembly in October 2010.
Delegations were led at the Director General level to facilitate discussions on Declaration implementation matters, and presentations were made by internationally recognized aviation security specialists from States, ICAO and international organizations.
