ICAO convened a Regional Aviation Security Conference on the Implementation of the ICAO Declaration on Aviation Security in Moscow, Russian Federation on 21 and 22 November 2011. The main objective of this conference was to review present and planned aviation security activities since the conclusion of the 37th Session of the ICAO Assembly.
Delegations were led at the Director General level to facilitate discussions on implementation matters. Presentations were made by internationally recognized aviation security specialists from States, ICAO and international organizations.
