This tracker provides information on facilities (existing and announced) that could produce Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and Lower Carbon Aviation Fuels (LCAF).
The capacity numbers refer to the total planned capacity of the facilities (including ground transportation fuels and other hydrocarbons). There is significant uncertainty on the share of this capacity that will be directed to SAF/LCAF, as well as on the success rate of the announced plans.
Information is based on publically-available announcements. ICAO does not actively verify the situation of announcements made in the past.
