Developed by ICAO and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Directors-General of Civil Aviation (DGCAs) Programme on Aviation Resilience aims to provide a platform to address recovery and resilience of the global aviation sector, through the alignment with internationally coordinated guidance developed by ICAO.
The Programme targets DGCAs as well as senior management of civil aviation authorities of ICAO’s 193 Member States. It covers lessons learnt from the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, with a particular focus on aviation safety, sustainability, emerging issues and resilience-building, while improving alignment with international best practices.
