Management of AFI RSVM Implementation
APIRG/13 Decision 15/38 establishment of a task force on RVSM and RNAV/RNP implementation stated: That an APIRG Task Force dedicated to RVSM implementation be established. The AFI RVSM Task Force (ARTF) will direct the establishment of an RVSM Master Plan and implementation program. The ARTF established an ICAO AFI RVSM Program Office to effectively manage RVSM Implementation on a Regional basis considering the many stakeholders and the interdependence of their tasks.
