The World Area Forecast System (WAFS) makes available operational meteorological forecasts and data about meteorological phenomena. This is essential to the global aviation community for flight planning, and for safe, economic, and efficient air navigation. This webinar will discuss the new data provisions related to WAFS as contained in Amendment 79 to ICAO Annex 3.
