The 6th meeting of the European Aviation System Planning Coordination Group (EASPG PCG/06) was held in Antalya, Türkiye from 29 to 31 May 2024.
The main objective of the meeting was to review the implementation status of the European Aviation System Planning Group (EASPG) work programme.
The main outcomes were the review and endorsement of the EUR 2023 Annual Safety Report and EUR 2023 Regional Implementation Monitoring Report (RASP).
Participants discussed several issues pertaining to the revision of the Uniform Methodology for the Identification, Assessment and Reporting of Air Navigation Deficiencies, and the RVSM European restriction list for Non-RVSM approved aircraft operating in EUR RVSM Airspace.
Recognizing with concern the impact of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) on aviation safety, the meeting was also briefed with the latest ICAO recommendations in that respect.
The meeting was attended by 19 participants from 8 States and 5 International Organizations.
The next EASPG PCG meeting will take place from 27 to 29 May 2025.
