Event and Country Information

1. Venue and Dates

The First ICAO Global Air Cargo Summit will take place in Antalya. The event venue is the Kremlin Palace Hotel. The event will be held from 9 to 11 April 2025.

2. Summit working hours

The Summit will run from 09:30 to 17:45 on the first day and from 08:45 to 17:45 on the second and third day (Local time, UTC+3), with coffee and lunch breaks.

3. Registration and Access

All participants are required to pre-register using the online registration form available on the event's website page First ICAO Global Air Cargo Summit.

Additionally, participants will be requested to register onsite at the Registration Desk in the reception area of the hotel on Tuesday 8 April from 10:00 to 17:00 and on Wednesday 9 April from 08:00. Upon presentation of proper identification, participants will obtain a badge that must be worn visibly at all times during the event.

4. Food and Catering Arrangements

The Kremlin Palace Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel, therefore all meals will be provided.Guests staying outside the event venue will have to pay a daily resort fee.

5. Visa

Participants must possess the documentation required to enter and stay in Türkiye. Information on Türkiye entry requirements can be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website (https://www.mfa.gov.tr/).

Participants are REQUIRED to obtain an appropriate entry visa before entering Türkiye, EXCEPT for nationals listed in the Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival list. 6. Hotel reservations

Participants are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.

Participants are encouraged to stay at the Kremlin Palace Hotel, the venue of the event. A daily resort fee to gain access to the Kremlin Palace Hotel for participants who stay in other hotels is € 40.00/per day. Please note that there is no exception to this daily resort fee.

7. How to get to Antalya

Flights to Antalya Airport (AYT)

Arrival and Transport

Participants are required to make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel.

The event management company (Mission Mice) will take reservations for transfers from the airport to the hotel.

8. Gala Dinner hosted by the Event Sponsor MNG AIRLINES

The Gala Dinner is planned to be hosted on Wednesday, 9 April 2025. The dress code for the event is smart casual.

Due to capacity constraints, registration for this Gala Dinner will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. General Information

Currency

Health Coverage

The health care system in Türkiye is considered very good. Participants should have medical insurance or other type of medical coverage in case of illness or medical emergency during their stay. None of the organizations (Government, ICAO, hotel venue) involved in the hosting of this event will take responsibility for medical expenses incurred by a participant.

An ambulance will be available at the event venue for immediate medical attention. However, delegates are advised to have valid travel/health insurance coverage for the duration of their stay in Türkiye.
