Further to the TAG/TRIP-MEMO (Calling notice dated 1 December 2015 on the subject of the First Meeting of the Traveller Identification Programme (TAG/TRIP/1, formerly TAG/MRTD), ICAO Headquarters, Montréal, 30 March to 1 April 2016, please note the following:
- If a working paper is to be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation, (not mandatory), please forward the presentation no later than Friday, 11 March 2016. All submissions should be forwarded to FAL@.icao.int;
- If you have not already done so, please be reminded that we require the names of your delegation who will be attending the TAG/TRIP/1 Meeting. All submissions should be forwarded to FAL@icao.int; and
- Registration will take place on Tuesday, 29 March from 1400 to 1700 hours. The ICAO Registration area is located in ICAO Conference Block Tower (Atrium Entrance, 999 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard) – not the ICAO Secretariat Office Tower entrance.
