• ​It is the Participants' responsibility to ensure that all respective visa requirements are met in order to be able to attend ICAO Security Week 2024 in Oman.

• It is recommended that guests visit the official Royal Oman Police website, which oversees visas and residency matters, before beginning their application process. The website can be found at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/.

Visa assistance process:

Step 1: Send a nomination letter on letterhead from the appropriate government authority to AVSECevents@icao.int

Step 2: Obtain a voucher code from AVSECevents

Step 3: Register to the ICAO Security Week 2024

Step 4: Send a copy of your nomination letter and ICAO CRM email RE: Event registration confirmation to:
