Once a date for the assessment mission has been confirmed, a request for documentation is sent to the training centre or organization. The training centre or organization must provide all the requested documentation, including its Training and Procedures Manual, organizational charts and any other pertinent documentation before an on-site visit by the ICAO Officer.
The training centre must complete the
Application Form for preparation for the on-site assessment mission.
