On 13 March 2003, the ANC (162-13) agreed to the establishment of the Aeronautical Communications Panel (ACP), which includes the work programme of both the former AMCP and the former ATNP. Where new members were nominated by States or international organizations to the ACP, these were approved by the Commission. In most cases, however, members of either the AMCP or the ATNP, the nominations of which were already approved by the Commission, continued their work in ACP. The ATNP was dissolved.
