Content: Global Reporting System and Format for Assessing and Reporting Runway Surface Conditions (GRF) is a new ICAO methodology for assessing and reporting runway surface conditions which will become applicable from 4 November 2021. This new methodology, ensures a harmonized assessment and reporting of runway surface conditions and a correspondingly improved flight crew assessment of take-off and landing performance.
