The Second Meeting of the System Wide Information Management Project Team (SWIM PT/2) was held in Chisinau, Moldova from 27 to 28 May 2019. The meeting was attended by 46 participants from 16 States, 4 Internation Organizations, 1 Industry and ICAO.

The team reviewed Global, Regional, State and Industry developments related to SWIM that included areas related to SWIM Governance, Cyber Security in SWIM deployment, and Common Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). The team developed five tasks with related leaders and volunteers to progress on the development of a SWIM implementation roadmap for the ICAO EUR Region; establish and maintain a catalogue of servies for the ICAO EUR Region; establish and maintain SWIM needs in the ICAO EUR Region in terms of infrastructure, trusted sources of data, exchange models and cybersecurity; assistance to State implementation; and communicate SWIM developments to stakeholders in the ICAO EUR Region.
