All Assembly participants were encouraged to pre-register using the online registration form.
Other registration arrangements
In order to avoid unnecessary delays on the opening day of the Assembly and to facilitate the registration procedure, a registration centre will be in operation at the international arrivals terminal at the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport on Saturday and Sunday, 25 and 26 September 2010 from 1200 to 2200 hours, to enable delegates, who wish to do so, to register for the Assembly immediately upon arrival in Montréal. Special signs indicating the location of the ICAO Registration Desk will be displayed at the airport. Additionally, the Government of Canada has kindly offered to provide complimentary transportation from the airport to downtown Montréal to the delegates registering at the airport.
A registration centre will also be in operation on Monday, 27 September 2010 from 0730 to 1700 hours, and daily from 28 September to 8 October 2010, inclusive, from 0800 to 1700 hours, at the Conference Centre of the International Civil Aviation Organization, located at the Headquarters premises. Delegates will be issued an identification badge at registration in order to gain access to the Conference Centre and to obtain documentation.
