*Documentation Requirements for Registration*

*Member State and Government Officials*
A formal Letter of Designation/Nomination from the State on official letterhead and signed by the highest authority for the government entity of the State is required for free registrations. Once approved by ICAO, voucher code(s) will be provided to the individuals identified by the State with instructions on the registration process. The letter should be addressed to the ICAO Secretary General as a response to the State Letter on Unmanned Aviation 2022 AN 13/66-22/31.

A formal Letter of Designation/Nomination from the Organization, as listed by ICAO, on official letterhead and duly signed by the Head of the Organization is required for free registrations. Once approved by ICAO, registration voucher codes will be provided to the 2 individuals nominated in the letter, as well as instructions on the registration process. The letter should be addressed to the ICAO Secretary General as a response to the State Letter on Unmanned Aviation 2022 AN 13/66-22/31.

Advisors, kindly copy the Member of your state or organization when submitting your intent to attend.
Members kindly include the State or Organization you represent when submitting your intent to attend.
Once verified they will be provided with registration information and a voucher code.
