accurate information when registering to assist in supporting your visa application.
Upon approval of your event registration through the ICAO website, you will receive an email from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar with detailed visa information and instructions. If you have not received a response after one week, for any visa-related inquiries, please contact:
