Visa Information

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Qatar will work in coordination with ICAO to streamline the processing of visas or attendees of the Facilitation Conference 2025. To help expedite matters, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:

• Complete your event online Registration as soon as possible if you intend to attend this event.
• Please provide sufficient and accurate information when registering to assist in supporting your visa application.

Upon approval of your event registration through the ICAO website, you will receive an email from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar with a unique link to complete your mandatory registration with Foreign Affairs and your visa application. Once your visa is issued, it will be sent directly to you.
