Designation Letter
For Member State representatives, International Organizations (as listed by ICAO) participants and supporting organization representatives, official designation letters are required and should be signed on behalf of the State/organization by a person duly authorized to do so, giving the name and position for each member of the delegation.
The original designation letters must be sent to AirCargoDevelopment@icao.int by an government official email address in order to obtain the voucher codes.
Language
All sessions of this event will be conducted in English and Chinese languages with simultaneous interpretation.
