It is the Participants' responsibility to ensure that all respective visa requirements are met in order to be able to attend ICAN2022 in Nigeria.
Entry visas are required for all delegates
except for citizens of the 15 Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) member States. This exemption policy applies to the following States:

- Côte d'Ivoire
- Gambia
- Ghana
- Guinea

Steps for ICAN participants to obtain an entry visa to Nigeria
Invitation letter from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA)
Delegates should forward to the NCAA the following information:
- Passport Biodata page
- Ticket Itinerary if already booked, or proposed Airline with Date of Arrival and Date of Departure
