Visa Requirements and Process

Official invitation letters will be prepared for all foreign participants and sent by the Sichuan Government to the individual.

The following information is requested to be sent to ICAO at RPASEvents@icao.int by 7 August 2018 in order to facilitate the preparation and dispatch of invitation letters from the Host:

Scanned copy of passport bio-data page
Company or organization and position
Name/location of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate to which you will submit your application
Email address to receive invitation letter
Arrival and departure dates in China
Attending RPAS/3, DRONE ENABLE/2 or BOTH events?
Please ensure to have your invitation letter with you upon arrival in China and for check-in at your hotel
