How You Can Contribute:
Donors interested in supporting the ICAO Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) programme can contribute in the following ways:
Provide in-kind or financial contributions to support NGAP staffing and resources.
Sponsor or host global summits and regional symposiums focused on aviation workforce development.
Contribute to the development and roll-out of IPACKs (implementation packages), training programs, and workshops aimed at building capacity in aviation.
Assist with data collection to enhance workforce planning and industry research.
Provide access to education by funding ICAO fellowships and scholarships for aspiring aviation professionals.
Fund the ICAO Young Aviation Professional Programme (YAPP), developed in collaboration with IATA and ACI, to nurture future leaders in the aviation industry.
Partner on initiatives that promote NGAP and encourage youth interest in aviation studies and careers.
Support the ICAO No Country Left Behind initiative by empowering countries and youth such as Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to access education and career opportunities in aviation.
