Delegate Bag
The delegate bag will display the sponsor’s logo and be handed to each delegate at registration. The following table shows the current sponsorship status:

Promotional Material Distribution
One single sheet of printed promotional material (8½×11 inch or A4) will be inserted into the delegate bags which will be given to each delegate at registration.
3. Fees
The following fees have been established for the sponsorship options:
Platinum: USD 18,500.
Gold: USD 16,500.
Bronze: USD 3,500.
Delegate bag: USD 7,500.
Promotional material distribution: USD 1,500.
4. Making a Booking
Sponsorships will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
