The registration fees listed below enable participants to attend both events, the Innovation Fair and ICAO World Aviation Forum (IWAF/5) (Montréal, 22 to 23 September 2019)

Cancellation Policy 

 

1.

If you wish to cancel your participation, login to My Events account and select the meeting you have registered for (i.e. Innovation Fair and/or ICAO World Aviation Forum).

​Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge – minimum charge of $100) on cancellation requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter.

 

​ICAO reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.  
 

A substitute registrant CANNOT be designated in lieu of the original registrant.
