This free event can host a maximum of 1000 participants, therefore the registration for this event is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum participation will be reached, the registration will be closed. If you are interested in this event but have missed the Registration deadline, please note that this event will be broadcast live on ICAO TV.
Tips to Access the Virtual Event
Kindly be reminded that the ICAO AVSEC2020 Symposium will be held on 18 December 2020 from 08:00AM to 12:00PM ET, as a virtual event.
The connection details to join the AVSEC2020 Symposium will be provided by email to all registered participants closer to the start of the event. Each participant will receive a personalized Zoom link, which will not be transferable.
Access to the Symposium
- Registered participants will receive connection details from Webinar@icao.int <no-reply@zoom.us> closer to the event date. Once you click on the connection link, you will be requested to log in to your Zoom account, and then use the connection password provided by ICAO to join the Symposium. The access code is unique to you and is non-transferable.
* If the email address connected to your Zoom account is different from the email address used for registration to the Symposium, please provide the one used on Zoom to registration@icao.int and AVSECevents@icao.int.
Please note that you will
receive two separate Zoom links via two separate emails – one for Session 1
(08:00 to 10:10AM ET) and one for Session 2 (10:10AM to 12:00PM ET).
The Symposium virtual doors will open at 7:55AM ET. Please join by 7:45AM ET, using the name submitted for registration to the Symposium as your screen name, to facilitate verification and check-in procedures.
Note. ICAO reserves the right to refuse attendance or remove participants from the virtual meeting should they not meet the verification requirements.
