Participants who wish to submit their photograph in advance will benefit from shorter processing time at registration. Instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation message.
To avoid lengthy on-site registration formalities and to have your badge ready for pick-up upon your arrival, please send an email to ICAO Registration desk (registration@icao.int) with the subject “CAPSCA Photo submission” attaching your photo (passport size picture). The e-photo must be a JPEG (.jpg) file with a minimum size of 15KB. Scan of your passport cannot be accepted.
The following format should be used to name the photo: <State or Organization name>_<Last name>_<First name>.
ICAO encourages all attendees to register on-site as soon as possible after their arrival in Montréal.

When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.
