Transport - From Helsinki- Vantaa airport.
The Helsinki Airport train takes you from the airport to the Helsinki Railway Station at the centre of Helsinki. The entrance to the airport train station is located between the terminals. The train connection to the Railway Station will take approximately 30 minutes.
Note that you can not buy tickets in the train, see more information about train and bus connections here.
Finnair City Bus goes from the airport to the Railway Station every twenty minutes. The bus leaves from Terminal 2 (T2), platform 10. Check the time table for the Finnair City Bus from this link.

Transport - From the Helsinki Railway Station to the venue Clarion Hotel Helsinki.
The Venue is located about two kilometers from the Railway Station. If you don't want to walk, you can get there by tram, metro or taxi.
Trams 9, 7 and 6T go to the venue from the Railway Station, near the front door.
The nearest metro station to the venue is Ruoholahti/ Gräsvikens station about one kilometer away. You can get taxi from west side of the Railway Station.
