As a convenience to delegations, so that they may know the dates on which functions have been planned by various hosts, the Secretary General publishes the following list (
PDF - Available in English only). It comprises only those functions which have been notified to his Office, and for which in each case
the host will extend individual invitations, unless specified otherwise. This schedule is subject to change.
Delegations wishing to reserve dates for social functions or to make changes to the list are requested to contact Mrs. Andrée Duranceau, Office of the Secretary General (ext. 8043).
Invitations to receptions being hosted by Member States may be dropped off at the Document Distribution Centre.
