Letter of Intent

We kindly request a brief letter of intent outlining the motivations, conditions, and overarching goals of your contributions. A general description of the contribution's broader objectives would be greatly appreciated and taken into consideration in the allocation of the funds.

Please note that the more project-focused your contributions are, the more project-dependent they remain. In determining the goals of your contributions, it is preferable that your aspirations remain broad as this would ensure the most effective implementation of the funds. However, should you prefer to provide more specific directives for your contributions, we remain open the following specificities in order of preference:

  1. Regional Focus: Limiting contributions to a specific geographic region, preferably particular regional offices.
  2. Thematic Focus: Limiting contributions to general themes such as training for individuals in particular specialties or technological development.
  3. Project Focus: Limiting contributions to specific projects with particular individuals, activities, or locations in mind.
