Documentation that your Government/Organization may wish to submit for discussion at the meeting should be forwarded electronically, in 
Microsoft Word format, to ICAO Headquarters, Montréal (icaohq@icao.int, with a copy to env@icao.int) as soon as practicable and no later than four weeks prior to the opening of the meeting (i.e. 13 April 2016). It is important to note that the deadline for submission of documentation will be strictly enforced. No documentation submitted after this deadline will be translated by ICAO and only language versions provided by States/Orgs will be published.
Working papers should be brief, action oriented and focussed and limited to four pages of new text, including any appendices. As a matter of policy, working papers of more than four pages and information papers are no longer translated by the Organization. Longer papers will have to be presented as information papers in their original language(s) only.
