For the convenience of Delegations to A40, the Secretary General publishes the following list of social functions surrounding the event hosted by Member States

This list comprises all social functions to be held in the ICAO Conference Centre and those being held off-site of which her Office has been informed. In each case the host will extend individual invitations to those Delegations invited, unless specified otherwise. This schedule is subject to change without notice.
Delegations wishing to reserve the Delegates’ Lounge within the ICAO Conference Centre for social functions or to make changes to the published list are requested to contact the Office of the Secretary General (ext. 8043).
Invitations to receptions being hosted by Member States may be dropped off at the Document Distribution Centre.
