To avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Conference, participants are encouraged to register online and upload their photograph to their profile.

Once credentials in original form have been verified and approved by the ICAO Secretariat (see information on Credentials), participants who have registered online, uploaded a compliant picture to their online registration will be eligible for prompt issuance of their identification badge in order to gain access to the Conference Centre (see information on Security Arrangements).
