Seating arrangements for the Conference are based on the number of participating Member States, the size of their registered and accredited delegations (confirmed by 21 August) and the capacity of the Assembly Hall.

Up to four seats will be allotted to Member States delegations (one or two at the table and one or two behind). |

Up to two seats will be allotted to Observer delegations who have confirmed their attendance by 21 August 2024 (one at the table and one behind). |
| - | Some additional seats are available to International Organizations in the Galleries located on the fifth floor of the Conference Centre. |
Livestreaming will be available in Conference Room 3 (Roberto Kobeh Conference Room) on the first floor.
