Resource Mobilization (RM) Policy
The Strategic Planning, Coordination and Partnerships Office (SPCP) in 2019 supported ICAO with the implementation of the ICAO Policy on Resource Mobilization of Voluntary Funds to achieve adequate, more predictable and sustainable voluntary contributions to realize the Organization’s mission in assisting States with the enhancement of their civil aviation systems. By means of the Resource Mobilization Fund (RMF), SPCP effectively managed the timely transmission of voluntary funds in support of carefully selected projects in need of funding.
