Medium-term ICT Strategy
A new medium-term strategic plan for ICT was approved by the Information Management Committee (IMC), chaired by the Secretary General in 2018. The plan will guide the development, including specific focus areas, of ICT operations for the next five years starting in 2019. It will focus on the sustainability and streamlining of ICT operations as drivers for organizational efficiency as follows: key business drivers; ICT organization and resources; cyber-resilience; ICT services and management framework; ICT short- and medium-term goals, as well as related key performance indicators (KPIs), and ICT metrics and scorecards. Development initiatives across the Organization will now be conducted with a unified vision for overall developmental progress, enabling synergies and reducing redundancies from various projects.
