Airports and Air Navigation Services
The Airport Economics Panel (AEP) and Air Navigation Services Economics Panel (ANSEP) updated guidance on cost-benefit analysis, business case studies and economic impact analysis, guidance on cost recovery of oversight functions, and undertook assessment of potential mechanism for cost recovery of providing meteorological (MET) services, and charging for the operations of the unmanned aircraft system (UAS).
To support the Organization in this ongoing work, the results of an online survey concerning the status of States’ implementation of ICAO’s policies on airport and air navigation services charges were shared with the Panel as well as published on the infrastructure management website.
