Conference services during COVID-19
Some notable accomplishments included the completion of comprehensive Guidelines for Virtual Meetings, with the availability of multiple interpretation services and coordination with ETS to ensure security of virtual meeting platforms and registration. Conference, Security and General Services - Venue and Event Management (CSG-VEM) has also developed the capacity to host Hybrid meetings and is testing and reviewing additional security measures to ensure the integrity of these meetings.
